Worst Enemy features four unreleased tracks along with two previously released singles from 2025 (“Anyway” and “The Ache”). It’s a pretty eclectic mix of material that ranges from an instrumental to an attempt at something akin to rap to a cover of my favorite PJ Harvey song, “We Float.”

The latter, which I decided to record using only my guitar, was mixed beautifully by Wil Anspach, the Grammy-winning engineer who was the mixing engineer on yet another favorite work of mine, Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange.
