Home was a screenplay written for a short film, commissioned by the 2000 NYC Mix Film Festival. In the script, a young man returns home from college in New York City for a weekend with his parents in a rural part of upstate New York. On a routine shopping trip to a local supermarket, an encounter with a high school classmate distracts him from the task at hand—and forces him to confront larger issues of identity, honesty, and loyalty.
